Gail2024-10-04Brendan of Brix roofing was very patient with my many questions. He had toured the Malarkey plant and saw how both the process and components made a better shingle. He was willing to provide the components of the roof that I wanted. He has decades of experience in roofing and is even listed on the Malarkey shingle website. The roof was better than I hoped for, it turned out wonderfully. The crew was very skilled and hard-working and did a great job above and beyond the call of duty and expectations! They even cleaned out my rain gutters! The clean-up afterwards left my yard cleaner than it was before! I am very happy with the color and appearance of the Malarkey Vista shingles. The antique brown is a blended brown, a quiet and solid looking finish to my home remodel! It will not dramatically grab attention from the rest of my planned home exterior. Really should the roof be the most dramatic and focal point of the home? Research showed that Malarkey shingles were on the top lists for quality and longitivity, especially in cold and windy climates. These shingles are very flexible and will not crack, like my previous ones did. I especially like that they have two rows of adhesive to resist wind. I have seen my former shingles of another brand crack and stand straight up after a wind storm. Some even blew off. The shingles are a bit more expensive than some others at times, but since they last longer, there is financial gain in not having to reshingle every 10 to 15 years. These could realistically last 30-40 years in Northwest Montana. Since labor is about half the cost of a roof, the savings in labor alone are substantial. I am very pleased with both the product and the service! Many thanks to Brendan of Brix Roofing and his crew! Great job!

The process was seamless. My claim was approved. The BRIX team completed my entire tear off and replace in 2 days. Clean up was great. Highly Recomend 👍👍

Being younger than most people in the positions I had to be in for my family’s company, I had to learn how to navigate and earn the trust and respect of much older and seasoned contractors/owners.
I have always had a entrepreneurial spirit and after being in the industry for almost 10 years I have seen many voids in the roofing industry that I have always wanted to fill.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and construction management, I’ve built my career on a strong foundation of integrity, problem-solving, and customer care. Before stepping into my current role, I worked as an Acquisitions Manager, where I was responsible for identifying, purchasing, and managing the construction of single-family homes and multi-unit apartment complexes. That role gave me a deep understanding of both the investment side of real estate and the hands-on execution it takes to bring a project to life.
Today, I’m proud to serve as an Account Manager for a local Montana roofing company Brix Systems, where I oversee sales and project management. My focus is on helping homeowners and businesses make confident, informed decisions when it comes to protecting and improving their properties.
